Hey friends! Here is a quick and easy smoothie recipe that is tasty and nutritious. This is a great way  to get vegetables into folks that don’t like veggies!

Ingredients:Ian making his smoothie

  • 1 cup spinach leaves or frozen spinach
  • 1 cup frozen berries (example: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or fresh squeezed orange juice or coconut water
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 spoon full of Garden of Life plant protein powder

*add more liquid as needed
