We all need leisure activities and hobbies in our life to help balance every day stress. Teenage years are particularly tough in general and when you add autism to the mix, anxiety can be overwhelming for teens with ASD. Exposing teens with autism to lots of leisure activities will help you and them learn what they enjoy and will set them up with a repertoire of leisure skills that will be with them for their whole life.
